About the Job

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our most prestigious clients, leading project teams and delivering large-scale international initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

You will take an active role in business development throughout the project lifecycle, combining both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing, and implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP within the Supply Chain domain.

You will manage issues and priorities, support client management in decision-making, oversee project timelines, ensure quality and achievement of expected results, and act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client supply chain processes and identify transformation opportunities
• Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions (SaaS/PaaS)
• Lead and coordinate project teams across complex and international environments
• Manage project issues, risks, and priorities effectively
• Support client management in strategic and operational decision-making
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders
• Contribute to business development activities, including effort and cost estimation and pre-sales client engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle SCM projects
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture
• Proven experience in managing complex and international projects
• Experience in business development, including effort estimation, cost evaluation, and pre-sales negotiation
• Fluency in English, with experience working in international teams

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Procurement (PROC), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Costing (CST), Product Data Hub (PDH)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments
