About the job 

As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our most prestigious clients, contributing to the development of innovative integration solutions within complex and dynamic environments.

You will be involved in the design, development, and management of integrations between cloud applications and on-premises systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Your goal will be to ensure reliable, high-performing integrations that are fully aligned with business requirements.

You will work in a hybrid model, with occasional on-site presence in Milan, particularly during the onboarding phase and key project milestones.

Hybrid working model with periodic presence in office, especially during onboarding and key phases 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between cloud and on-premises systems
• Implement integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Configure connections (adapters), data mappings, and integration components
• Manage bug fixing, maintenance, and enhancements of existing integrations
• Monitor integration performance and proactively improve efficiency and stability
• Configure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, tokens) and scheduling processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong hands-on experience with: 
  • Adapters (connections)
  • Integration configuration
  • Data mapping
  • Scheduling and monitoring
  • Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, tokens)
• Solid knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Fluency in English

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certifications
• Experience working on international projects
• Experience in coordination or leading specific project streams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments
