Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Security Solution Specialist to join our Microsoft Business Unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Microsoft 365 security solutions. The role focuses on identity management, endpoint security, and advanced threat protection technologies to help organizations strengthen their security posture and respond effectively to evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 security solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploy and manage endpoint security and device management using Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and maintain threat protection using Microsoft Defender technologies.
• Monitor security alerts and assist in incident response and threat investigation.
• Implement Conditional Access policies and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maintain secure configurations.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Support initiatives to improve overall cloud security governance.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 security administration or cloud security roles.
