Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team for supporting, developing, installations on especially law firms customers.

Role

The successful candidate will be proficient in C# and JavaScript, necessary for customizing systems. Candidate will use SQL Server for data management and understand Dynamics CRM architecture to create business-specific solutions.

Additionally, staying updated with Dynamics CRM developments is a key part of their role. Candidate should also know how to build better customer experiences that enable their clients to provide exceptional customer services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system based on business requirements
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and applications
• Maintain and update existing CRM systems to improve functionality and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze CRM requirements
• Provide technical support and training to CRM users
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Dynamics 365 certifications.
  Among: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML and ASP .net (.net framework)
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience

3/4 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Skills set

• Good experience in development on the MS Dynamics CRM platform and in-depth programming expertise on Microsoft technology
• Good technical-functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• At least 3/4 years' experience in the design and development of software components in distributed and cloud architectures
• Excellent knowledge of the .NET Framework
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Soft skills include clear communication and problem-solving. They make technical details understandable for teams and clients, especially:
• Problem-solving
• Adaptability to project changes
• Keeping up with technology trends

Preferred skills

• Experience with Azure and Power Platform
